Karolina Bielawska helps raise funds for Dementia Singapore

During her visit to Singapore, reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska extended her support for Dementia care.

“In Singapore, there are an estimated 100,000 people living with dementia, and this number is rising every day. We are very encouraged by organisations like MUS Zenith Affair that do not simply focus on the glitz and glamour of their business but is, in fact, proactively giving back to society and helping the less fortunate,” revealed Dr Ang Peng Chye, Chairman of Dementia Singapore.

Karolina and MUS Zenith Affair founder Esther Ho promoted the Annual Dementia fundraiser that witnesses 100 per cent of the proceeds from The Charity Gala Dinner and part of the proceeds from all in-store purchases in November going to ‘Dementia Singapore.’

“We all know someone affected by Dementia and its devastating effects on the lives of so many – it’s an honour to join Esther and play my part in focusing attention on those who are suffering so terribly,” added the queen, whose efforts were well rewarded as they raised a record amount towards the cause.
